MBS Home Buyers, LLC is a family-owned real estate investment, general contracting, accounting, and property management company serving Florissant, St. Charles County, and surrounding areas.

Founded by Mike and Beth Stahlman, MBS Home Buyers was built on a simple philosophy: improve properties, provide quality housing, and help homeowners find practical solutions for their real estate needs.

Mike brings over 30 years of experience as an electrical software engineer, along with extensive hands-on experience in residential renovation, construction management, and real estate investing. Beth worked as a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years and also brings extensive accounting, organizational, management, and client-focused experience to the business.

Over the years, we have purchased, renovated, rented, and managed a variety of residential properties throughout the area. We have also bought and flipped several properties and helped add value when owners wanted to sell but were unsure what updates made sense.

Our experience includes full property renovations, long-term rental management, home updates prior to resale, general contracting coordination, accounting and project budgeting, and helping homeowners determine the best path forward.

In some situations, we have partnered with homeowners to help rescue distressed properties by bringing delinquent HOA fees, utilities, or other property expenses current, renovating the home, and sharing in the profits after the property was sold.
